As Daylight Savings is approaching, you still have time to just Rip the Band Aid off! Say your baby normally wakes at 7AM...starting on Sunday morning, wake your baby at the new 7AM and go from there. Keep their normal routine and wake time length, etc. going throughout the day. It may be difficult for baby to fall asleep for his or her naps, however, keep the same tools that you normally use to get him or her to sleep and remain consistent with the new clock times!
