Daylight Savings Time: The Inch Forward

As we all know, daylight savings time is right around the corner again on March 11th, 2018!  We will spring forward and you will regain that precious hour of sleep you missed in the fall!  One way you can help your baby or child adjust to the new time, is to inch your way forward by 15 minutes each day at bedtime starting on Thursday night (March 8th).  This will hopefully allow him or her to begin to slowly adjust to the new time instead of waiting to adjust after the time change.
