For many of us, including us and our clients this week, have had a tough time adjusting back to our usual routines. Give you and your baby some extra grace this week as they navigate adjusting back to napping in the crib if they were on the go traveling or getting used to a quiet house after being overstimulated for one week! This is super common with babies (and even big kids!). When your younger kiddos aren’t used to having grandma and grandpa in their faces oohing and aahing or big brother or sister pushing them around when they were on school holiday, it can be very over stimulating to them. Don’t worry! Give it a week of consistency and things should be back to normal! I’m pouring myself an extra cup of coffee, too!
