The summer has ended and the crisp weather is upon us. Yet, the thought of rolling back the clock makes many mamas and papas start to immediately sweat. Many of us probably feel that we just solidified our back-to-school rhythms or we just helped the new addition get on a routine and now it is time to shake it all up again! We know the stress of worrying that the kiddos are going to now wake at 5AM instead of 7AM or suddenly start falling asleep at the dinner table.
